I wanted to discuss why I felt it was important for Canadians to consider joining the NRA and other American Gun Lobby groups. This was originally on the tail end of Episode 4 and since Ep. 4 was running long I decided to take if out and move it to my off weekend. I did this for a couple reasons and the first being I want my main shows to be timeless and an information resource that new listeners can go to and get the information they are looking for. The second reason is, my comments on the subject I feel need to be said, but they are not timeless and purely opinion and not so much informative for the new shooter.
So moving forward I think what I will do is put out a commentary podcast if something comes up in current events that I feel I have something to say on the subject and leave it out of the main show.

Just wanted to say that I just found your show and have been catching up. I am a reasonably new shooting myself, received my RPAL last fall. I am already a member of CSSA, and as a result of the CRR guys, the NFA, and now because of this episode (and for pure spite against Jim Carrey’s anti-gun video), I have also signed up for 1 year of the NRA!
